FOCUS, verilecek tüm muayene hizmetleri TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 standardı çerçevesinde ve hizmet kapsamında yer alan ilgili diğer tüm standart, norm ve belirlenmiş akreditasyon sistemine uygun olarak, muayene faaliyetlerinin tüm sorumluluğu üstlenerek sürdürüleceğini ve bu hizmet anlayışından ödün vermeyeceğini beyan eder. Muayene ve ürün belgelendirme çalışmalarını tarafsızlık, bağımsızlık, gizlilik ilkeleri doğrultusunda, müşterilerinin, yasal otoritelerin veya kuruluşların ihtiyaçlarına cevap verecek şekilde gerçekleştireceğini, FOCUS yönetici ve personelinin her türlü idari, ticari, mali ve teknik iç ve dış baskılardan ve etkilerden uzak bulunduğunu ve bu tür bağlantılardan kesinlikle uzak tutulacağını ve muayene hizmetlerini tehlikeye atacak hiçbir faaliyete girmeyeceğini, muayene personelinin sabit ücretle çalıştığını, aldıkları ücretin muayene sayısı ve sonucu ile ilgili olmadığını, muayene, ürün belgelendirme prosedürlerinin, FOCUS dışındaki kişiler veya organizasyonlar tarafından muayene sonuçlarına müdahale edilemeyecek şekilde yürütüldüğünü, gerekli olan mali, teknolojik ve insan kaynağı imkanlarının yaratılmasının FOCUS sorumluluğu altında olduğunu, müşterilere ait gizli bilgilerin, rapor, test ve kalibrasyon sonuçları ve tescilli hakların korunacağını, bilgilerin üçüncü taraflara aktarılmayacağını, personelin güvensizlik yaratacak herhangi bir faaliyette bulunmasının önleneceğini, muayene ettiği öğeleri tasarlayan, üreten, tedarik eden, kurulumunu yapan, satın alan, sahibi, kullanıcısı veya bakımını yapan durumunda olmadığını, bu kapsamda danışmanlık hizmeti vermediğini ve bu şartlar çerçevesinde TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 Ek A’da öngörülen A Tipi Muayene Kuruluşu asgari kriterlerini karşılayan FOCUS bütün bunların güvenceye alındığını taahhüt eder.

It will carry out inspection and product certification activities in accordance with the principles of impartiality, independence and confidentiality, in a way that will meet the needs of its customers, legal authorities or organizations, FOCUS managers and personnel are free from all kinds of administrative, commercial, financial and technical internal and external pressures and influences and will definitely be kept away from such connections and will not engage in any activity that will jeopardize inspection services, inspection personnel work for a fixed fee, the fee they receive is not related to the number of inspections and their results, inspection and product certification procedures are carried out in a way that inspection results cannot be interfered with by persons or organizations other than FOCUS, FOCUS is responsible for creating the necessary financial, technological and human resource opportunities, confidential information, report, test and calibration results and registered rights belonging to customers will be protected, information will not be transferred to third parties, personnel will be prevented from engaging in any activity that will create insecurity, it is not in the position of designing, producing, supplying, installing, purchasing, owning, using or maintaining the items it inspects, it does not provide consultancy services within this scope and within the framework of these conditions, TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 Annex FOCUS, which meets the minimum criteria for Type A Inspection Organization stipulated in A, undertakes to ensure that all of these are secured.
